In possession are teams playing like a team, giving good options – showing, communicating, finding pace, sign posting intent, exploiting overloads, making good decisions and shot selections
Out of possession are teams working as a unit – protecting the goals, putting pressure on the ball, providing cover, moving across the pitch as a unit, holding an offside line, delaying attacks until cover is in place
How do team respond on transitionTransition from defence to attack - do we exploit space or wait for support
Transition from attack to defence - how hard do we work after possession is lost
When ball is with keeper - how do we earn safe possession in middle zone – long ball or short
ball build up.
Decision making – how do we recognise the role of the floating attacker after transition
